What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send the product name or link, your city or ZIP code, and a way to contact you. A photo and preferred date are helpful. We confirm the scope and price before work begins.
Do you supply the product?
Our services focus on assembling customer-purchased products. Any additional parts or purchases are discussed with you before they are bought.
How should I prepare the work area?
Have the product on site and provide a safe, accessible work area. Standard pricing assumes boxes are within 10 feet of the work area. Tell us about stairs or extra carrying so we can include it in the quote.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
Let us know as soon as you notice a problem. We will review what can be completed and discuss the next steps before any extra work. Replacement parts may need to come from the retailer or manufacturer.
Is packaging removal included?
Tell us if you need packaging or debris removed. The included cleanup and any disposal work will be identified in your quote.
Can I change my appointment?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Rescheduling, cancellations, and any related terms are confirmed with your job-specific quote.
What about permits or specialist work?
Tell us about anchoring, foundations, or other site work before booking. Work requiring permits or a licensed trade is outside the standard assembly scope and must be addressed separately before work begins.
What if I have a concern after the job?
Contact EssiBuild with the project details and photos of your concern so we can review it. Product defects and assembly concerns may require different next steps.
Simple Service PolicyClear expectations before we begin+
Every job is confirmed through a written quote or message that identifies the agreed work. Product purchases or additional parts are discussed with you before they are bought.
For the standard quoted price, all product boxes should be on site and placed within 10 feet of the assembly or installation area. Moving boxes, long carrying distances, stairs, difficult access, parking limitations, or unready work areas may affect the final price and will be discussed before additional work begins.
Customers provide a safe, accessible work area and ensure the product is on site unless we agree otherwise. Work that requires a permit or a licensed trade is outside the scope unless separately agreed in writing.
Final payment is collected only after you have had the opportunity to inspect the completed agreed scope and confirm that you are satisfied with the work. This does not change payment responsibility for approved work that has been completed.
Job-specific timing, materials, cancellation, and any additional terms are confirmed with your quote before work begins.
